Top notch staff
When we arrived at Auckland airport we went straight to the car hire auckland to sort out the paper work and pick up the keys for our vehicle. The staff there were very helpful, not only with all the details with our rental but also in giving us information about getting around the place. They gave us maps for the main cities and also for the whole country and they suggested the best ways and times for us to get to our destinations. As a whole we were extremely impressed with the overall service and the quality of the vehicle.
