Growth of CNA Careers

The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that Nursing Assistant jobs including those working as home health aides and psychiatric aides will increase by 28% towards the year 2016. This increase has said to be faster than the average growth experienced by other careers. BLS further added that the home health aides will have the fastest growth among CNA careers because more and more people are expected to choose in-home treatment where they can save on cost while staying on their own comfortable bed and room. More job openings shall be opened to welcome fresh graduates. The nursing shortage experienced by most hospitals will drive the demand higher attracting many individuals to pursue a CNA course.
