Waste Disposal In Veterinarian’s Office
I only visit my veterinarian when one of my animals is sick or needs their teeth cleaned. I have five dogs and it can be very expensive if you just visit for check ups. I keep certain medications on hand for emergency situation’s and get them for a discounted price. It seems every time I receive my bill there is a waste disposal fee on it. When I asked the receptionist what it is for she told me they have to charge for disposing of all syringes and other disposable waste. They have someone who comes to the offices and picks up all the waste products.
