I’m curious about every mode of kitchen equipment, especially baking utensils. I think I wouldn’t be able to name the best mixers even if you asked me though. Mixers like the one I use can’t be substituted easily. Mixers like mine are a standard and perennial favorite. Back when I got it, I determined to opt for a hand mixer to maximize the space on my kitchen counter. As such, I consider the expression ‘less is more’ also applies to baked goods that leave you carving for more. Still, there are some things which are always better in huge amounts, like dark chocolate muffins! That fantastic, luscious flavor makes it worthwhile.
