Watch out for “diet” drinks that are really full of sugar

One of the biggest dieting myths is that diet caffeine free soda is okay to drink when you are on a diet, trying to lose weight, because it has zero calories, and that it can help you stave off your hunger. This is a blatant misconception and a propaganda conspiracy to convince people to buy more diet soda, since regular soda has garnered so much criticism by the health industry. The fact of the matter is that diet soda is worse than regular soda because of the artificial sweeteners used in the drink. Diet soda also contains sodium, just like regular soda does, and can cause bloating.  Go to Ab Circle Pro Exercise for details and info.
