Gorgonzola and steak pizza
I made the best pizza last night for dinner I just had to write it down. I take our previous nights dinner and put it on top of pizza all the time for my family but last night was different. I made a mashed potato and steak pizza topped with peppers and onions and Gorgonzola cheese. It was so good my family can’t stop talking it. The steak had been a little undercooked the night before so after placing it in the hot oven it cooked to perfection! I used the mashed potatoes as the base and then topped it with the thinly sliced steak and peppers and onions and then I topped it with a sprinkle of fresh parmesan and Gorgonzola.
