I have a very long driveway and an automatic gate. Usually I would just have my visitors call and I would buzz them in, but it got to crazy with tying up the phone line. I had to think of another way to do it, so I bought an industrial ethernet intercom. This has changed everything. When they come to visit, they push a button and talk and it runs through my computer for me to let them in. It is much easier, especially when my kids have the phone and do not bother to tell me someone is at the gate. It’s a very reliable product.
