I have been thinking about some of the best buys I have made in my lifetime. There are hundreds of purchases I regret, from gas guzzling cars to steaks that cost a bomb and taste like leather, but it’s much harder to pin down what I would call a decent buy that I have no regrets over. Some things I would consider bargains, and don’t have any regrets buying, but there are very few things I have bought through the years that I’ve looked at several times and thought to myself, “I’m so pleased I have you in my life.” The one thing that does stand out to me however is quite a recent purchase that is just perfect in every way – my chukka boots. Not only are they the most comfortable thing I have ever worn (I would wear them to bed if my wife let me), but they are my most practical shoes; I’m able to wear them to go hiking, driving, to the pub or pretty much anywhere. They are made of hard wearing leather and are very well made, so I know they will last me a good few years. Other than that though, it would take me a good while to think of anything else that I am really pleased I bought. Give it a go yourself; it’s much harder than you would think!

Went to a friends house tonight to watch the big game! It was nice hanging out with friends tonight but it was even better to eat all the food that was there I seriously might have had the best pizza tonight. This might sound funny, but it was called “Mashed Potato” pizza. At first glance i couldn’t believe my eyes and wondered how anyone could eat this. But then my buddy convinced me to have a slice. Well, when I did it was pure heaven in my mouth. I never had anything like this in my life. It made happy that my team won and we had a great pizza!

There are lots of brands of grinder heads out there on the market but I reckon we have found the best one available. I have given my crew several different brands to try but they all agree that this one is by far and away the best. All the guys said that it made the job a lot easier and they could get it done much faster. I bought a wonderful pair of women’s winter pyjamas for my mum for Christmas, and now I’m jealous of them! My question is, is it OK to a), buy yourself the same pyjamas as your mum has (side note: I am a woman in her thirties, not a cute toddler which of course it would be acceptable on!) and b), can I but my daughter the same pyjamas as well so that we all match or is that going too far?! To be fair, these are really the most comfortable things I have ever felt in my life, and if I could I would literally go everywhere in them. They are also super stylish, but I do feel that the stylish factor is somewhat taken away when you match with your mum!! Help me someone, thoughts of these pyjamas are taking over my life!
